About This Role:
Reflex is seeking a revenue-oriented Account Manager to usher clients into the future of retail labor. You interact directly with multiple levels of national retail leadership - from C-level to Store manager. You take the baton from sales, and build deep relationships across the customer’s business so they effectively onboard, engage, and eventually adopt the Reflex labor model as part of their permanent labor strategy. You’ll be the trusted advisor helping retailers fully integrate Reflex into their staffing plans, while also identifying opportunities to increase store coverage, add locations, or expand shift usage. Retailers will need to shift to this model, you’ll help them do it faster.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the retailer relationship. Take accountability of driving increased use of the Reflex marketplace by our partners. Ongoing relationship building with weekly/monthly calls. Larger customers may require QBRs to drive more adoption and data gathering.
- Lead new customer onboardings and ensure a seamless path from activation to first flex and beyond within the Reflex marketplace
- Be a change agent. You will inspire, encourage, and close our customers on expanding our partnership into new markets and locations, while maintaining the existing relationship and spend. This requires inbound and outbound effort to hit and exceed targets.
- Own key metrics such as customer adoption and account expansion - track and analyze retention and usage trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Ops) to advocate for customer needs and improve the Reflex experience
What You Should Have:
- 5-years experience focused on account management or sales - ideally in a start up or marketplace environment
- Proactive, problem-solving orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive customer expansion, including negotiation and ability to close warm opportunities.
- The ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, collaborating with other teams to achieve strong results.
- Highly organized and proactive with a bias for action
- Confidence using CRM tools and data to drive decisions and track performance
- Strong storytelling abilities, verbal and written communication with a consultative, persuasive approach
- Bonus: experience working in retail or supporting multi-unit retailers
