What do I need to sign up for Reflex?
Reflex is free to join. You'll need to be eligible to work in the United States and complete a short onboarding flow that includes a background check, I-9 verification, and the standard new-hire paperwork. Most associates have some prior retail or customer-service experience, but we welcome strong communicators looking to break into the industry.
How does pay work on Reflex?
Pay rates are posted up front on every shift, so you know exactly what you'll earn before you accept. Once your shift is approved, your earnings flow through our payroll provider to your bank account on the standard pay cycle.
Can I work for multiple brands?
Yes. One Reflex account works across every brand on the platform. Your résumé is account-wide: ratings, endorsements, and verified hours follow you from retailer to retailer, so a strong track record at one brand opens up priority access to similar brands.
Is there any commitment or minimum number of shifts?
No. You choose every shift you accept. There's no minimum number of hours, no obligation to take a shift you don't want, and no fee to keep your account active.
